Block Party Bash - show stops?

Need some advice on viewing this parade. Saw it in DCA and there were places to stand if you wanted to see Monsters Inc vs Toy Story, etc. Does it work the same in DHS? If so, can you tell me where to stand if I want to view a particular show stop?

That is how it is at DHS which is why I hate this parade! Saw it once, only saw Toy Story characters; wouldn't bother with it again since I don't want to "guess" where I need to stand to see other Pixar characters.

This parade does have a pretty bad process. We asked 3 CMs and they told us right where to be. We went there, they all came by to check on us, they said we were right where we needed to be. We saw the wheels on one of the floats and that was it. They should either change the format or have very definitive places where the characters stop.
