I graduate from college this December and am looking at being a Disney professional intern next January. They just posted the positions for spring 2011 and two particular positions caught my eye. I'd just like to hear from anyone who has done this previously. I'd just like to know more about the application and hiring process (I imagine thousands of students could potentially be applying for one position), and any potential for hire after the program.
I'm a bit nervous about applying because I wasn't in the college program, which isn't required for the two positions I'm looking at, but it would have given me an edge (I wanted to, but was unable since it would have required me leaving school for a semester, losing all my scholarships and financial aid).
I'm looking at sales/marketing positions, but any advice would be appreciated! TIA!:mickey:
