Tables in Wonderland at CRT?

I've got an ADR for breakfast at CRT coming up, and I was wondering how the Tables in Wonderland discount will work there, since it's prepaid. I made reservations online for the meal, but should I have called in order to get the discount? Or do I just present the card to the server at breakfast and get a refund for the discount then?

We prepaid when we did this a few months ago. Our server happily issued us a refund when we presented the Tables in Wonderland card.

We just did this last Wednesday. I asked at the check-in podium and they noted it but did not appear to do anything about it or even ask to see the card. I asked the server at the end of the meal and he said they should have addressed it downstairs but that he would happily take care of it for us which he did. The refund will go directly to the card which you used to pre-pay for you meal.
