View Full Version : What's your record for most consecutive days?

I read in another post that someone spends two weeks at Walt Disney World on their yearly vacation. And that could possibly mean 14 days in a row visiting a Disney theme park.

This made me curious.

I'm sure that many Intercotters feel that if they lived in Orlando, they would buy an annual pass and go every day if they could.

So I am wondering what the record for "most days in a row where you've gone to a Disney Park" is.

I'm guessing that there might be some locals who go A LOT on these boards.

What's your record for most consecutive days?

I live in Austin TX (although originally from St. Pete Florida) and my family and I have annual passes. The longest trip we have made was 18 days at Fort Wilderness, we had a blast, hit a park for a few hours then swim. There was no rush. We usually go twice a year and spend at least 10 days each trip. We love Walt Disney World:mickey:

Not sure, but I think my current record would be 7, and I'm hoping to top that with an 8 day run (our hopper pass is 8 days).

I'd spend a LOT more days there if I was closer.

4 days left as of this post! :mickey:

10 is the most we've done, and honestly that was a bit too long for me:secret:

If memory serves me correctly, 7 is the most days I've ever gone to WDW parks in a row. As much as I LOVE WDW, I was ready to go home at the end of that trip. That included both water parks.

My longest is 7, but that is 7 days of being in a park each day from open to close. I never leave the parks. I can swim at home. :)

I did 10 hot'n'heavy days. Not so much hot, being in December, but they were heavy. Flew in and hit Epcot, did 8 full days, got up early and hit MK for 4 hours and flew back. It was really great, and I'll never be able to go back to just a one week Saturday-to-Saturday trip again.

We have done 10 days each Sept for the past 5 trips.
This year we're going 14 days but only have 10 day tickets so we're taking a break every few days.

Several trips have been 14 day trips but with only a 10 ticket...HOWEVER...that trip also included 2 MVMCP nights. We did a second christmas party because the first night we got "stuck" at the Liberty Tree (while the characters were still there. I would like to add that the night at the LTT was one of the best nights we have ever had at DW. My daughter was very young [2 1/2], and the characters could not get enough of her. Minnie's handler came over and said " we are not allowed to do this, but Minnie would like to know if you would like to go up to the front of the resturant and take a picture with her by the Christmas tree. If anyone askes just tell them you insisted..." Of course we said YES)

What was the question again? Oh yeah  12, 12 days in a row and it was NOT TOO MUCH!

Our longest trip has been for 7 days. This year we are going for 10. I would actually love to go more than once a year but at the moment we just can't afford it and the thought of all the travelling is a bit off putting too.

9 for us. And that included a day at the Mall as well as Universal Studios. But looking to top that with 12-14 next April. And this time include SeaWorld. :mickey::thumbsup::)

Our longest so far has been 7, and it still felt rushed. Therefore, in November we are doing 8. I'm hoping that the longer stay combined with the lighter crowds (as opposed to June) will counteract the shorter park hours and make this trip a bit more relaxed... I hope...

The last couple of trips we have done 12 days but the trip we leave for next week will be 13 days long!!!

We're going from Sept 2nd to Sept 18th (only 3 weeks left until our Honeymoon! :minnie: ) This means 16 days at Disney! We usually go for this long, but since we live in Sweden - we have a long way to travel and we only go every other year.

However - even though we stay at DW we do go to both Universal Parks as well as KSC. And there are always some shopping to be done :mickey: In the end we will probably go to the parks for about 6-8 days (1 day for each one and 1 extra day at MK and Epcot and then we'll probably do a water park).

3 weeks - the countdown has begun!

14 days for us as the major part of the cost is the flight from the UK

So I am wondering what the record for "most days in a row where you've gone to a Disney Park" is.

Ours is very small probably 3 days. Most trips are a week long and we like to split up the Park visits with maybe a trip to the ocean, Universal, Sea World, day to relax, ect.

16 days was longest and we did not find it too long. Trips since have been shorter, 9-11 days.:mickey:

The longest that I've stayed is 8, and as much as I love WDW I found 8 days to be a bit too long for me. 6 days now seems to be our max.

Our longest has been 9 and we are doing 9 again next year. Since we only get to go once a year, I like to go as long as we can and then spend the year letting my feet heal.

I am hoping that we can go for 14 days or longer for our 5th anniversary 2012!

Ten days is our longest, and we now shoot for 9 or 10 days. And, yes, it was still hard to leave. :mickey:

Normally I go for 8 days on 3 separate weeks per year. This May though our work was done early, just before my vacation, and I was able to add 2 more days for a total of 10. It was very enjoyable to just take it easy and not rush around to get everything in.

We did 15 in December-January and are going for 12 in October. I remember growing up we would just go 3, then when DHS was added, it went to 4, and we finally got Dad up to 5. My sister and I did a 9 day and were spoiled. Now it just seems to keep getting longer. :mickey:

15 days at once, every 2-3 years. Not enough money or vacation time for more. I could have gone longer, but the family thought it was good.

The longest I have done is 16 days...but my norm is 14.:mickey::mickey:

I live far away so stay for 2 weeks minimum. We do go into the parks every day but we don't necessarily get there right when they open every day and take a much more relaxed pace. We also try to do a lot of different things each time...last time we did the Richard Petty Driving Experience, time before that was parasailing. La nouba twice as well etc...

Our average is 8 days. Our longest is 10 days and our shortest is 4 days. I'd love to have 2 weeks to be able to take my time. We'd probably still go to the parks everyday but maybe sleep in or take an afternoon break more often than we do now.

10 in parks; 11 on property.

Almost all our trip are now 10 nights/11 days. Let's me use up 2 weeks of my vacation from work.....

Our longest was our last trip and it was ten days. And as much as we love disney and hated to leave it the kids got bored after the 7th day.
