star tours closed early?

can ayone tell me if they know if star tours is still open? I had friends go in May and the 1 day there were in the studios it was closed.any info would be appreciated. I know its scheduled to close in september but im going next week and am looking looking forward to riding it one last time. thanks

Well, I haven't heard anything about it being closed yet. Disney's own Park Calenders do not show it closing until September. I'll be able to give a more definitive answer in a few days though, but I'm pretty sure its up and running. Especially seeing as the Whole Last Tour to Endor party this next week is suppose to feature the Current version of the ride.

Anyways I wouldn't worry I'm sure it'll be up and running when you go! :)

People have been reporting on riding it since May. I wouldn't worry, it should still be up. We get there next weekend and are looking forward to our final ride as well!:mickey:
