DVC and ticket prices?

Now that ticket prices have increased can DVC members get AP for the same price as Florida residents?
How hard is it to get rooms at other resorts that is not your home resort?

It's $100 off the current price, whatever that is.

Getting into non-home resorts depends on the resort and when you're trying to get in. For example, F&W makes it harder to get into BWV, BCV. Wilderness lodge is tougher because of it's size. OKW and SSR seem to have nothing going for them, so it's a lot easier to get in there. SSR due to it's size and popularity seems to always hae availability.
