D23 Membership questions...where post?

Can someone tell me which forum would be best to ask questions regarding D23 membership? I did a general search and didn't really see a specific place. I'm having trouble renewing my membership and do not have a clue who to ask or where to go....Thanks!:mickey::mickey::mickey:

D23 is probably best kept here in Mousellaneous, but with a subscription issue, you want to talk to Disney, not us fans...
