What happened to the menu for this restaurant? Is the restaurant closed? I did not see the menu under "Menus" on Intercot.

Tusker House is now a buffet for all three meals. Breakfast is a character meal "Donald's Safari Breakfast" and lunch and dinner are just buffets.
Similar menu to Crystal Palace, etc., although they do have some African based dishes (Tabbouleh, couscous, curry dishes, basmati rice, etc.)
