Is there a "Dining Spreadsheet"

I'm trying to come up with an easy way to calculate and keep track of my family's meal credits for our upcoming trip. Does anyone have tips on how to do this, or does your receipt keep track of how many TS, QS, and snack credits you have?

As a double check, I kept track on the back of my key with a Sharpie marker.

Great idea! I've always marked left over days on passes with a Sharpie after a trip. I think I'll make sure we pack a Sharpie for our trip this year.
