Read on another post that if you are trying to book a popular restaurant, to go for off times. We usually book around 5pm but are very flexible. Just wondering what time most people want for their reservations.

It depends on our activities for the day but I've often made luncheon reservations just at restaurant opening or mid-afternoon.

For dinner, 6-8 seems to be about the busiest by my experience. For lunch, 12-2. Breakfast, 8-10.

Your best bet is to try to eat before 11:30 for lunch, and before 6pm for dinner. Otherwise even with an ADR you may be waiting quite some time.

We always try to get the very first seating for all meals, or the very last for breakfast/lunch. If we can't get around 5-6 for dinner, then we will just do CS that night and try for an earlier TS. :chef:

Actually, at most places, 8:00am is a very slow time! The rush hour for breakfast, IMO, is 9-10:00am.

Agree! Most people like to sleep in on vacation, even if it means sleeping past their ADR time!
