One more question for you US/IofA experts.
My husband is experiencing some pain in his leg with a pinched nerve. He does OK walking but not great and standing for long periods of time (ie. waiting for HP) can be very uncomfortable.
He hates the idea but I want to get him a wheelchair. If we do that can we push him through the line and then leave the chair when we load for the ride?

At most attractions, the queue is an important part of the story. Universal has made almost all of the queues accessible to manual wheelchairs (with the exception of Pteranodon Flyers at Universal’s Islands of Adventure (IOA) and Back to the Future the Ride® at the Studios (USO)).

None of the ride vehicles or attraction
queues at Universal Orlando will accommodate Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV’s) or electric wheelchairs. There are manual wheelchairs at each attraction for you to transfer to.
