We will be staying on site for the first time and would like to use the MK EMH at night. Do you leave the park and then come back at a designated time? What are the evening times? Thanks.

You will not need to leave the park when extra magic hours begin. They begin at regular park closing and last for three hours beyond the park closing time.

From the point when the extra magic hours begin, you will need to show your room key in order to continue to access attractions. Those without room keys are denied entry into the attraction and are asked to leave the park.

Your going love being on property. I can't tell you how cool  it is to leave the parks, go back to the resort, take a dip in the pool or take a nap, and know you have 3 extra hours to play in the park. Have a great time :mickey:

Your going to love love love EMH! Especially when the park is open to 3am and you can ride your favorite attractions over and over again because everyone else has gone to bed.

Absolutely take advantage of the EMH. That is when some of your best times at Disney will occur. :mickey:

Staying on-site is fabulous and EMH is one of the best parts. I love staying in the parks as late as possible.

EMH hours will vary by park, and are posted on the board in the lobby of your resort, also, you will be given an event schedule upon check in, so you can plan your days.

You can also arrive at the park any time during the after-hours. You don't have to get there before the regular closing hours, just so you know, in case there was any question.
