We want to do the MNSSHP on 9/14, and I want to know where to pre-order the tickets with the DVC discount.

No sure but did you try MS? That's where I ordered my DVC AP from. I also use them to reserve tours using the discount.

Do they allow pre-purchase discounts? It's been a few years, I thought the DVC discount was only available at the gate, which means many of the popular dates would be shut out as they do have sell outs.
