Very Basic Points and Booking Question

If one has a June use year and points left from 2009 which need to be used by May 31, 2011...are the points considered "used" if they are booked or are they only considered "used" if the trip occurs prior to June 1, 2011?

Used means the date of the reservation must occur PRIOR to the expiration date. So, your check-out date must be prior to May 31st 2011.
