Any way to check how many days left on multi day, no expiration tiks have had for 5 years since last use. Called WDW and they said just have to come down and check at the gate (they can't tell just from the number on card). Can one copy the backs of the card and fax to them to scan or any other way to tell in advance? Don't want to buy extra (that won't have no expiration) on next trip in Nov

Thanks!

Has to be done in person, with proper ID, at Guest Relations. Magnetic stripe has to be read.

Turnstiles can "sometimes" tell remaining days (not always) but will also take a day off when it is run through. GR can scan it without taking any off.

Needs to be done on property... Too many people selling tickets on eBay and such that Disney can't afford to pay people to look this up.

As mentioned Geust Relations has always been who I deal with, but others are saying regular CMs can do it too. I trust GR folks more, they have better training and have usually been around longer, so their answers are usually better/consistent.

Exactly. There isn't any way to tell from home how many days are left.

You can do it when you arrive, at the resort concierge or at a Guest Relations booth.

GR CM's can be just as easily be a College Program or other person that has not been there long just as easily as being someone that has been there 10 years, nor do they necessarily have any "better" training than a coordinator or manager at the turnstile podiums.

When you run the mag stripe through the reader, the computer program shows the information on the ticket, # of uses, where & when they were used and how many left.

Actually pretty simple, the CM just has to have the proper access code to login to the program, Guest Relations and coordinators/managers at the turnstile podiums have this access, turnstile CM's do not.

Thank you all for the information. Makes sense.

just a helpful hint...have them right the number of remaining days on your card (both theme park and water park) with a sharpie to help you remember and keep track in the future.
