Royale Parc Suites??

We are planning to stay off property for just a couple days and was wondering if anyone had stayed here? Any reviews good or bad are great!!

1) All suites
2) Small (256 rooms) hotel.
3) Somehate close to Disney.
4) Good breakfast area and food.

I have read reviews from horrible and dirty to wonderful and would go back. Mostly the later of the two. Thanks for the info :)
