King Arthur Carousel Horse Pin Set

I am looking to get two sets of these pins. Do these pins come out every year? I have seen them on Ebay but don't really get into using it. How can I find out more about them?

I bought all the carousel pins last fall on e-bay. I love them and had no problem finding them all. I do not know if they are a reaccuring set or just done the once.

They are available on eBay. In fact, I just sold one my 2 sets on there not long ago.
