It all depends on how busy it is. Sometimes its a walk-through, other times it can be 40 minutes...or more...

FastPass wait time usually correspond with how busy the park itself is. There are only a certain number of fastpasses distributed but these numbers can flex for a plethora of reasons. At the beginning of the fastpass times groups tend to form around the FP entrance waiting for their respective times so the further away from one start time and sneaking ahead of 25-50 waiting for their time to start would be beneficial in possibly knocking off 5 more minutes of your wait time.

When we went in late August it wasn't that crowded and the fastpass lines were between 5-10 mins. Other times we have waited close to 1/2 hour. Alot will also depend on whether or not the ride has experienced any breakdowns during the day. That will certainly back up the line.

- I have been often at the end of August
- It depends. Time of day/day of the week. The attraction.
- Varies from 0 wait to 45 min. wait
- "Typical" is 10 - 15

Longer fast pass wait attractions off the top of my head (peak times):
Test track
Soarin'
Toy Story Mania

The last week in August tends to be a little lighter, as far as wait times and crowd density. Many families like to be back home to do some planning for the new school year. Best of luck.

I figure any where from 0 to 20% of the stand by time.

In order to answer this question, I have to ask if you're inquiring about the time from when you procure the FP to the time you board, or from the time the FP is "valid" until you board the attraction?
