My book is out!

Though I wrote it from a church perspective, it's about recognizing the different people around you and how you can adjust your leadership style to best lead each individual person.

Is the co-author your dad?

Yes, it is. A real treat to co-author with my Dad. My doctorate is in leadership and his is in marriage and family therapy so I wrote from a leadership perspective and Dad handled the psychology aspect of it.

BTW, my publisher (Pilgrim Press) has just green-lit my next book. It's called The Church Mouse and will be applying principles of Disney leadership to the church context. Should be out in February 2011. So, I'm pretty geeked to have #2 on the way. Now I better get to writing!
