Maintenance Fees at Saratoga

My family is looking into purchasing a DVC at Saratoga Springs through resale. We think we will need 250 - 300 points based on how we vacation. Does anyone know the approximate annual maintenance fee for that number of points?

Besides closing costs and admin fees at initial purchase, are there are other ongoing costs I should consider? I know you still have to buy the park passes.

Fees are very likely to go up each year, some more than others, etc. If you do a search, I'm sure someone posted this years dues per point per resort.

Saratoga this year was $4.46 a point. That means your dues for that number of points will range from $1115 to $1338.

Other than the interest on the loan (if applicable to you). Those are the only other costs I note associated with the membership. The dues do go up slightly each year and in the 4 years I have been a member have never went down.
