Show times/dates for Fantasmic?

I know Fantasmic only shows a couple times a week anymore, but is there anywhere that shows what dates it actually is on? We are planning a trip in early September and want to plan our DHS day to be a day that we can see Fantasmic, but on the park calendar on line it just says to check the times guide for schedule and show times. The calendar for that month doesn't give any indication, either. Is it the same days of the week every week? Help, please!

It's not intuitively obvious, but if you go to the park calendar for September and click on a specific day, another window will open up with the the times of the special events for that day.

It looks like in September, Fantasmic is only on Thursday and Sunday evenings.

Wow, when did this start?? There are only a few things we bother with at the Studios and this is my favorite.:(

The reduction of Fantasmic to 2 nights/wk happened over a year ago - January of 2009 or there abouts. Disney will occasionally add a performance on another night or a second show on a scheduled night if the attendance is heavy enough. They don't generally publish those on the website though, so it's always important to check out the show guides when you first get there. You might find they've added (or changed) a show.
