Building next to the Contemporary

There is a 3 story building the sits next to the Contemporary on Bay Lake. This building is visible when you are riding the monorail from the TTC heading into the Contemporary. This may seem like a silly question but what is this building used for?

Yes I believe it is the garden wing you are referring to. There used to be one on the other side before BLT was built. The rooms are (or at least used to be) cheaper and the wing that was removed for BLT was a great place to stay to use the walkway to MK.
