What is replacing McDonalds, readit someplace and now cant remember, also, are they tearing down the building and having new construction? Anyone have pics?

It appears that McDonald's decided to not renew their lease for all of their Walt Disney World locations except the stand-alone venue near the All-Star Resorts.
