I think, I'm not certain, this means that you can book an ADR at either of those restaurants when you purchase the party ticket.

Generally, it allows you to book dining at a Magic Kingdom restaurant as an add-on to your ticket purchase. We did this a few times, particularly when Liberty Tree Tavern featured character meals.

What if I already bought the tickets and its over 180 days till my trip?

Don't know what happens if you'll already made the ticket purchase. However, I've found that the dining add on is usually available when you purchase your tickets regardless of the "regular" rules for making dining reservations.
