Galaxy palace theater

I was just looking over the map of mk and noticed galaxy palace theater. It is located between buzz lightyear and cop. What is this theater used for? Did it have any special shows long ago? What do you know about it?

The theater was home to a number of daily shows and seasonal events including Disneymania!, Disney World is Your World, Galaxy Search, Mickey's Twas the Night Before Christmas, Magic Music Days concerts, and Night of Joy concerts

The theater was razed in January 2009 .

The front portion of the former footprint has been replaced with the permanent Buzzlightyear Meet & Greet location. The rear portion of the former footprint is now a backastage area.
