Do the trains start running to Rafiki's right at park opening? For some reason I started thinking they were a little delayed, but am I actually thinking of the Pangani Trail?

When the park opens at 9:00 Rafiki's Planet Watch opens at 9:30. The trains begin to run at that time.

From my understanding, the characters are not available until around 10 am and they will 9X out of 10 be in the process of beginning a procedure by the time you get off the train and walk to the clinic area.
