Universal: Fridge in Room/Breakfast Questions

We've never been to Universal Studios, and we'll be going for 3 nights after a one night stint at the POP in September, and we have a few questions.

1. Are there fridges in the rooms? Can you get a fridge in the room? We'll be staying at the Royal Pacific.

2. Where do you go for a quick breakfast? I saw there was a cafe/ice cream/coffee shop at the Royal Pacific, BUT it doesn't open until 11am!

I cant answer the fridge question I cant remember.

We always stay at the HRH and the Kitchen is open nice and early with an amazing buffet.

Your other option is to go to the parks for a bit before breakfast and then come back too, its not like you wont have the time, the trip is really short and since you dont ever have to wait in line for any ride you will still have plenty of time to do the rides.
