Does Disney offer an evening discounted ticket price ?
Something for say entry after 5 or 6 pm ?

Generally not though some conferences will sometimes have such tickets available for conference attendees.

The only tickets that I know of that resemble your inquiry are convention tickets that are offered as part of the overall convention experience. They are not on sale to the general public. Sorry!

Other than the special tickets for convention attendees, there isn't anything in this category available to the general public. There is an after 4pm annual pass to Epcot for Florida residents only. Florida residents also have an "after 2pm" annual pass for the waterparks.

The Halloween and Christmas party special events are a ticket good only at the magic kingdom from 4pm to midnight, but are only available for limited dates from September to December.
