Fast Pass Question

Would my husband be able to enter Hollywood Studios alone and get fast passes to Toy Story Mania for 8 people using our park tickets or does everyone need to be in the park for the tickets to work in the fast pass machine?

Each ticket must be activated at the turnstiles. Otherwise the FP machine will issue an invalid FP stating that the ticket had not been used for park admission.

Sorry, but to procure a FastPass your ticket must be active; i.e., it must be utilized for entry at the front gate. We've tried this before when our DS was on a Pirate Cruise - thought we'd get FPs for TestTrack and surprise him on his return. We found out that unless/until his ticket was scanned for entry into the park, we couldn't get a FP for him.

When we enter the park we go straight to Toy
Story and get fast passes before we do anthing
else. At least that way you have the fast pass
and then you can do other things until it is time
to go back to Toy Story. It works for us and we
do the same thing at Epcot for Soarin. :mickey:
