What is the status of the new Italian restaurant in EPCOT

Has the new Italian Restuarant in EPCOT opened yet and if so how is it? Thanks.

This is slated to open in the fall - it is not currently open.

It is still being constructed behind a decorative scrim.

I'm guessing (hoping) that it will be open for Food & Wine Fest. We're really looking forward to trying it in October. :-)
