Could anyone tell me what the HHI DVC is like during the off-season? Specifically, do they still run most of the children's programs? Is there something that they definitely don't run, like possibly the dolphin tours or the campfire? We have a 2 1/2 y.o. and we're not golfers, so we would definitely take advantage of the children's programs while we were there. We're considering staying there for our 15th anniversary in early November (DS would be 3 by that time).

Building recommendations are also welcome. We were thinking of a view of the marsh, rather than the marina, but centrally located. TIA.

You should not have a problem with early November. When we go to HHI it is usually during Thanksgiving weekend and they are running most if not all of their activities then.

Off-season meaning not during the summer, when schools are out. We may go in early November.

We were there this past early Nov. and loved HHI so much we came home and bought points there. There were many activies schduled and pleny to do on property. We also found out that there are quite a few fun things to do around the island and trips to Savannah and other areas are not very far.
