flower & garden show ?

we are finally returning to the world in may.it's been 2 long years and we almost cancelled this year due to needing a new roof.anyway my question is what do they do with all the flowers,gardens and topiaries ? do they remove them ? or do they stay up ? we are arriving on the 23 rd , just after it is over. it usually runs thru that week , but this year i think it started earlier. just curious. thanks in advance.

I have heard that they donate the topiaries to various florida organizations. I thought I read some essay type contests for florida residents on Why my organization should get the topiaries.... or something to that affect.

Sadly, they do remove them. We were there last year for a week and on one day enjoyed the beautiful topiaires and blooms and on the second visit a couple days later, they had disappeared! Expcot is always beautiful, but I admit I am very sad to miss it this year. It is my favorite event at WDW.
