Is Tinkerbell and friends located in Toontown? is this the same line to see her as for the other princesses?

There is a fairy greeting area and a princess greeting area inside the big merchandise tent in Toontown. They are two separate lines.

We went last June and my wife and kids were able to get great pictures of Tink and gang while I waited with the baby. It took them about 30-40 minutes but they were able to get pictures with 3-4 characters.
