I have some very pickey eaters in my household:mickey: And I see they have steak an boneless breast chicken that they will grill. We where wondering if they put spices on it or season it.
Thanks :mickey:

Yes, it has a Japanese sort of seasoning, mostly soy sauce with rice wine(mirin) or rice wine vinegar. Sometimes some sesame seeds. Not sure at Teppan Edo lately, haven't been in a while. If you wanted it plain, you could probably make the request (but it might come out of the kitchen instead of being cooked in front of you).

Nothing is heavily seasoned, but there is some. As Sherri suggested, just tell them your request and they will accommodate you.

We just ate there in Oct. and I have a very picky eater and he loved it. The food is cooked with some soy sauce and very mild seasonings. It is very good, but like everyone has said you can request that they cook it plain.
