Redeeming GAD Voucher

Can a GAD voucher be redeemed at Guest Relations at Downtown Disney if you are using it toward the purchase of an Annual Pass, or do you need to do it at one of the Parks. Also, will they reimburse parking if you pay the fee prior to purchasing your annual pass?

According to my CM ticket guru (he wrote a comprehensive guide elsewhere on the 'Net), the voucher must be redeemed at a will call window at one of the 4 theme parks ... not at Downtown Disney or the water parks etc.

Just got back (Disney Princess Half Marathon!!!)

I can confirm. You must go to the Will Call window to redeem your voucher. You can do any type of upgrade at that point!
