We would like to take the Key to the Kingdom and The Segway Tour in December but have two small children...that being said...the child programs at the Deluxe resorts, are they just for guest of that resort or can I sign my kids up for them if I am staying at a different resort?

You can absolutely take advantage of the child care programs at the deluxe resorts, even if you are not staying there. However, I honestly am not certain what time all of the kids clubs open. You will need to be at MK very early in the morning for the KthK tour, as well as the Epcot Segway tour, and I know from the information we grabbed last year that the Cub's Den at WL doesn't open until 4:30 pm. Not certain if the rest of the kids' clubs keep the same type of hours. Perhaps you could take advantage of one of the off-site babysitting services . . . or a private Disney escort for the kids while you participate in these activities.

You will have to do more research. I believe there are baby sitters that come to the room available also.

We used the babysitting last time we were there. But I was hoping that the kids could do a little more then just sit in the room while we are on the tours. We just might have to take advantage of Grandma and Grandpa!
