Can a disney gift card that was purchased at disneyland be used at disney world?

Yes. Disney Gift Cards can be used at any Disney run shop, resturant or ticket booth at DLR or WDW.

You can also use them at the Disney Store or DisneyStore.com.

Yes. I got all my gift cards at Disneyland for my last trip to use at WDW. They worked great. I used the gift cards instead of charge cards. I had around $100.00 per card and just brought one (or two) with me and kept the rest in the in room safe.

Sometimes the CM had trouble with the cards at the register, they just put a folded piece of paper over the strip and then it worked.

I will be doing the same on our next WDW trip as well.

Starting in March, I'll be purchasing at least one $50 gift card a month to save for our Nov/Dec 2011 vacation. By the time of our arrival, we'll have our entire dining plan paid.
