Hi,
If our friends, staying offsite, come to visit us at BLT either for breakfast or dinner, do they have to pay the parking fee going through the main gate?

No, they just need to let the person at the gate know they are going to the Contemporary Resort. They should stay to the right. When they get to CR/BLT entrance, they'll have to let the guard know they are coming in to eat. The guard will give them a temporary parking pass for the car which will probably be good for about 3 hours.
