I semi interviewed (turned them down for another job), they love upbeat, cheerful, fun people. (Sorry, don't know if you are a guy or a girl), don't wear a lot of makeup, jewelry, perfume. They also like people from Florida, so that works in your favor. I wish I had done the job, just to get into that Traditions program. My aunt has been there for 25 years now and loves it.

Shari's right - whether you are man or woman make sure you dress in a conservative style, hair is neat and you are groomed. Stay away from excessive jewelry, earrings if you are a girl must be no larger than the size of a quarter (probably just wear simple studs). If you are a man don't wear jewelry period. If you are a girl wear panty hose! If you have a tasteful disney pin you may want to wear it, they like a little magic and of course an upbeat, positive and confident attitude! If your hair is dyed a really unnatural color go get it fixed. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM. Be you and be happy! Best of luck and let us know how things go!

When I interviewed at Disneyland. I arrived around 10am. Filled out the paperwork. They then called me and a few others for a personality test. It was multiple choice. It is to see if you have the Disney mind set.

After that we watched a film about what is expected with Disney cast members. More waiting around after that. After a group interview, they wanted to talk more. It was lunch time Of course. I went off to Disneyland for a quick lunch and then back to casting. Had another interview and then they set me up with another interview with the Travel department.

It took about 4 hours by the time I was done. I dressed in a skirt/top. Conservitive make up, french tips. I looked Disney.:) There were a lot of others that showed up in jeans/t shirts. Just didn't look the part.

After the second interview a week later. It went well, they called me while I was still driving and told me that they want to hire me. WoooooHoooo.

A few weeks later, I went through Traditions. It was really cool. We were in a class type setting. Went to lunch , and then into the park for interesting tidbits. During that same day we also got our ID cards. At the end of the day we went into the auditorium for graduation and the presenter of the name tags was none other than the big cheese himself... Mickey Mouse :mickey:

It was really quite an experience, one that I will never forget.

Good luck with your interview:mickey::thumbsup:
