Swan or Dolphin DIning

Any recommendations for dining options in the Swan or Dolphin? I have read some pretty good reviews of The Blue Zoo.

I have only been to Shula's but I loved it! I had one of the best tasting, perfectly prepared steaks in my life there.

We have really enjoyed both Shula's and Blue Zoo - both very good meals with great service. Shula's is rather expensive, though, so be aware. We have not yet tried Il Mulino, but if Scupper says it's good, you should believe it. In fact, we'll have to give that one a try next!
