It is true, and based on what I've read, it's permanent.

That's unfortunate. We were looking forward to having our grandchildren ride up front on our next trip.:(

Didnt they put a stop to it after a monorail operator was killed in a crash? It was bad enough that one life was lost but I just shudder to think of what could have happened had children also been up front with that driver.

This is true - they stopped doing this right after the crash. There has been no 'official' news about if it is permanent, but I think that it will be for safety reasons.

It is sadly true. How we loved riding in the front. And the pictures we took riding in the front of the monorail! Glad we had the opportunities we did though.

It is true and there is no telling when and if they will allow it again.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about this! I guess in order to ride in the front you have to go to the other coast.
