Week of 2/21 - Crowds

Hi, now that the school vacation week is almost over, what will the crowds look like the week of 2/21? Most schools have vacation this current week, is that correct?

Our schools have only been out on a day to day basis due to snow. Spring break isn't until March 21st here. :mickey:

Well, if park hours are any indication, the MK is closing at 8 pm on most every day of your stay. So I think you'll be good as far as crowds are concerned.

As far as school vacations, we had 1 1/2 days off for a long President's Weekend, or "Winter Break", but won't see any other time off until the end of March. Unless, of course, we have another snow day!

I would think the crowds would be lower next week. All the schools in this area have had winter break this week and according to my kids - half the school is vacationing in Disney World this week!

winter breaks seem to be different times in different locales. ours was this past week, and I know quite a few people that went to WDW. haven't heard back yet on how busy it is though.

We will be there Feb. 25-28 (last half of our land/sea..or in this case...sea/land vacation). From everything I researched about that time of year, February is pretty good crowd-wise in general, save the days around presidents day weekend. When you get into the second week of march and onward, you start hitting spring breaks. Should be relatively light crowds I think!

I believe that the change-over to ESPN's WIde World of Sports occurs on the 25th, as well as ESPN-The Weekend on the 25th-28th. You may just want to double-check the festivities so that you don't get hung up at DHS if you're not interested in the happenings going on there.

We will be there that week too .. we will be arriving on April 17th for a week.. I know in Massachusetts that is our spring break.. I assumed it would be very crowded at WDW that week.. But if its not thats even better.. No matter the crowd level I am going to have a awesome time...

TP has the crowds as an average of 5.5 for the week. Based on numbers this will be at the low end of moderate I would guess.
