Can anyone give me more info on the wine pairing @ Bistro de Paris?
I feel like I've been able to find little information about the wine pairing & would love to know more. (normally DH & I share a bottle, but the pairing might be a nice change for our first ever experience @ Bistro)
First off, can you only get the pairing when you order the Prix fix menu? (I'm a strict vegetarian so although I'd like to try the Prix fix, looks like I have no choice but to go À la Carte)
my second question : I'm not a fan of white wine. Do you normally choose red or white pairing, or is the pairing a combo of both? Thanks!
PS - I'll also gladly except any non-wine comments/suggestions you have about Bistro - Thanks!
