We are thinking of booking this cruise in April. Has anyone taken it? It is worth the 53.00 per person? How are the snacks that they serve? We are looking to try something new at Disney.

We took this cruise w/ our kids in Sept. '09 when it first started. It was cute, the snacks were plentiful (and the kind you could take for later consumption - back at the hotel). The ship ride was nice, great view of fireworks, but what was really great was the opportunity to meet/spend timetake pictures w/ Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, before the crusie w/ a limited crowd. At the end you also got to take pictures w/ and meet Wendy and Peter Pan, again, without long lines/waits. So, if you really love the story of Peter Pan, it's worth it.

We went on the cruise Jan. 10 and had a wonderful time. It was 36 degrees that night and they gave us blankets on the boat. We took pictures with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee beforehand and there were plenty of drinks and snacks that were made available. The cruise is led by a pirate named "Patch" and he made it fun for everybody with his lame jokes and great interaction with all of the families onboard the boat.
We got some great fireworks shots of the castle and it was the cheapest option for getting out on the water to see Wishes from an entirely new perspective. We were glad to get back inside, but it was one of the most enjoyable evenings on our trip and we'd love to do it again.
