Chicken Sausage at Kouzzina

Has anyone tried it and is it a patty or links in a casing?
The reason I ask is because a lot of times chicken & turkey sausage comes in pork casings (for link sausages) and I don't eat pork.

Haven't tried it, however, anytime I've had a question at a WDW restaurant, I ask and usually, the chef will visit the table. Even if I didn't want him/her to.
