Cali Grill-Wishes Timing

Hi Guys! I have an ADR for 9pm for Cali Grill, Wishes is at 8pm-can we go on up to Cali to watch Wishes (I'm thinking there is a balcony off of the restaurant?), if our ADR isn't until 9?

I couldn't get one any earlier, like 7:30 or so-shocker! But, I will keep checking. I just wanted to know if you guys think this will work. It's just DH and I and we have never gotten to eat at Cali Grill-so it would be a nice experience for both of us.

You should be able to check in early for your reservation and you will be escorted up to the restaurant. Yes, there is a balcony but on our last couple of trips, it has been overflowing with folks. They allow anyone who has dined there earlier that evening to return for the fireworks viewing. Additionally, most of the folks who are dining (even those who have good view from inside the restaurant) seem to rush out to the balcony to watch the fireworks there.

1) This is a really MAYBE.

. . . people go for the fireworks
. . . then they leave befor eating
2) Cali Grille lets some up and others not.

I am in Orlando quite a bit for work so I usually head to Cali Grill every few weeks for dinner, without ADRs. I eat at the bar (sometimes alone, sometimes with co-workers) and have never had a problem getting up to the restaurant/bar. I imagine you will be fine. Have fun, I never get tired of the fireworks!
