Online check in/room requests

I called a while ago with my room requests (I know, they are not guaranteed). We are doing a split stay, BWV and AKV. Are we more likely/less likely to get our room request with online check in?

As long as you have your request noted on your reservation, it will be seen by the same people regardless of whether or not you do online check-in. No advantage or disadvantage either way.
