Planning next trip

I'm curious so here's my question:

How many of you or your spouse starts planning your next trip before you even go on your upcoming trip? Hope that makes since.
Example: upcoming trip in May and already planning return trip for November same year.

Guilty! Husband and I are going in 3 weeks. Just the other day he gave me the go ahead to start planning for Dec.
