What would you do in this situation?

So this is somewhat similar to my last post, so bear with me.

In may, will be our first visit to disney as DVC members.
Long story short, we were supposed to stay at BLT, which is our home resort, then needed a one bedroom, and when we called, they had none. :(
However, we were able to get a one bedroom over at BWV. We have stayed at neither, but were planning on staying at BWV for our december honeymoon .

So, is it worth it to splurge on the extra points for a one BR at BLt, (if we can get it)for this three day trip in may, or should we stick with BWV, and save the BLT visit for the honeymoon?? :confused:

I honeymooned at Boardwalk and LOVED it! However I have not stayed at BLT yet so can't truly compare for you. My first preference would be the way you had wanted it: BLT in May and BWV in Dec. With that being said you may have trouble booking BWV in December. It's a pretty popular time for DVCers to travel so you may want to go ahead and get a room at your home resort(BLT) for now just to make sure you get one!
