SSR - Paddock Pool UPGRADE!

It's official - and making its way around the internet.

SSR's quiet pool at the Paddock is about to undergo a major transformation into a feature pool. The new pool will be 75% of the size of High Rock Spring Pool, include a 146 foot water slide, a snack bar, a zero-entry, and lifeguards.

Construction will begin in the Fall 2010 and be completed by the Spring of 2011.

This is a badly needed addition to SSR. Paddock and Carousel are a bit too far from Carriage House to be running back and forth for refillable mugs, snacks,a good pool etc. This makes total sense and is overdue. Tree House next? :mickey:

Great news! I have felt since it first opened that the main pool was not large enough or adequate given the size of SSR. Now if they would only add a decent sit down dining option (not a fan of the Turf Club)!
